Yusuke Morita (LL.B. Osaka University, J.D. Ritsumeikan University School of Law) is a licensed attorney and certified public accountant. Yusuke is a former government official with experience in working on procurement contracts on behalf of a local government, and has experience as a CPA in audit and assurance for both domestic and multinational companies, IPO support, and preparation of annual reports for publicly traded companies at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC. Through his unique experience as a former government official and accountant, Yusuke is able to advise clients on matters involving procurement, accounting, tax, internal control, corporate disclosure, and corporate governance.
